What is your lead time?

Our standard lead time is 3-day on in stock table covers, table runners, and banner stands starting the day after we receive the proof approval and payment. Rush production is available, see below.


Do you have rush production? What is the cost?

The rush service begins after we receive proof approval and payment. A 1-day rush order must be in by noon EST in order for us to ship the following day. Anything received after noon EST will ship on the 2nd business day.


1 day rush – $83.34 (R) per cloth.
2 day rush – $66.67 (R) per cloth.

 

Same day proof is $41.67 (R). (Order must be in by 3:00 PM EST)
Orders placed after 3 PM EST requesting a same day proof will receive proof the following day before 12 PM EST

What is your setup fee?

Nothing! We do not charge a setup fee on any of our cloths, not even custom cloths.
 

What is the cost to get a proof?

Nothing! We include 3 proofs with your order free of charge (provided logo does not change). All of our proofs are client friendly. Each proof after 3 is charged $16.67 (R).


What is your logo area?

The logo area included in the price of the cloth is up to 6 square feet (slightly less on runners). We can go larger than 6 square feet on most cloths for $25.00 (R) per square foot. Most logos look best around 4.5 square feet. We set up your proof to scale so you can see how large the logo will be on the front of the cloth. If you want a full bleed, or extra large logo area on a cloth, our dye-sublimation process may be best for you. Please call customer service for more information.


What is your construction/process?

We use a thermal transfer as our regular production process. Stock single colors are cut and pressed onto the cloth using a large thermal press. Non-stock one color logos (PMS matches) fall under full color pricing. Special single colors (PMS matches) and multiple color logos are digitally printed and then pressed. We sell thousands of cloths annually using this method. The cloths can be regularly laundered and we have many rave reviews. What is the charge for an additional logo location?

For each additional logo location (up to 6 square feet) in stock one color it is $83.34 R.
For each additional logo location (up to 6 square feet) in full color it is $125.00 R.

What type of fabric are your cloths made from?

Our premium material is a knit polyester (PolyKnit). Its flame resistant, stain resistant and wrinkle-release properties make it a very highly sought-after table cover. We also offer an industry standard poplin polyester (PolyPoplin) that has a lower price point.


What kind of artwork do you accept?

The preferred format is an all vector, EPS, PDF or AI file. Please make sure all text is changed to outlines.


What are your price breaks?

Our price breaks are quantity 1-2, 3-11, & 12-24. Over 24 please call for pricing. All of the cloths must have the same identical logo to get the quantity break pricing. The cloths must also be the same style of cloth but they do not have to be the same color cloth.


What is your cut off time?

Our cut off time is 5pm EST. If we receive your order after 5pm it will be processed the next business day. If you send in your proof approval and payment after 5pm it will be processed the next business day. Please allow one business day to process your order and artwork. Do you accept returns?

If you believe there is a problem with your order that is our fault, we will work to remedy that problem at no cost to you, so please contact us. Note that we send samples out free of charge in an effort to help ensure order accuracy. Products sent back to us without prior authorization will be refused. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. All claims must be received within 5 days or receipt of goods, no exceptions. Please make sure you verify your item’s accuracy, size, color etc. Thank you.


What are the care instructions for your table covers?

Do not fold or crease logo area. If your logo should become wrinkled or creased:
Iron cloth inside out on a flat surface. Only apply iron to the logo from the back (fabric cloth between the iron and the logo). Place the outside with the logo against a flat surface and apply iron for 5-10 seconds, from the back. Repeat as necessary. We recommend machine washing warm by itself, with a cold rinse on delicate cycle. We suggest adding one cup of vinegar to the wash cycle when washing the cloth the first time. This will help set the color. Do not use bleach. Dry the cloth on a gentle cycle with no (or very low) heat setting. DO NOT DRY CLEAN! Please click here to download printable care instructions!
